Shipping Terms

Shipment to Dubai

  • Same Day Delivery: Free delivery on orders of 100 AED and above. A shipping fee of 7 AED applies to orders below 100 AED. Orders must be placed before 11:59 AM for same-day delivery.

Shipment to the Rest of the UAE

  • Next Day Delivery: Free delivery on orders of 200 AED and above. A shipping fee of 20 AED applies to orders below 200 AED.

Shipment to the GCC

  • 3-5 Working Days: Free delivery on orders of 2500 AED and above. A shipping fee of 250 AED applies to orders below 2500 AED.

International Shipping

  • 3-7 Working Days (depending on location and country regulations). A flat shipping fee of 400 AED applies to all international orders.

Pre-Order Delivery

The above information does not apply to pre-orders. Your item will be shipped according to the expected release date.

Orders and Delivery

  • Orders placed outside of working hours, on Sundays, or during public holidays will be considered placed on the next working day.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates, and delays may occur. Time shall not be considered of the essence in this regard.
  • Order delivery may experience delays during promotions, sale seasons, and public holidays.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including instances where:
    • You are not available to take delivery.
    • You request a postponement of delivery.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure you are available to receive the delivery. Our couriers will attempt to contact you up to 4 times to arrange a delivery time and will make up to 3 delivery attempts before the order is cancelled.

Address Changes & Tracking

Our Customer Care team is happy to assist with changing your delivery date or address, provided your order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the delivery address will not be possible. Please note that changes to an address outside the original delivery country cannot be accommodated.
